In Africa, there is a man called Joseph Kony. An evil, sick, twisted man. Over the past 20 years, he’s been abducting children in the night. He forces them to kill their parents. The girls become sex slaves, and the boys are forced to join their army. So far he has abducted over 30, 000 children. In their town, the children are constantly living in fear, for they know that they’ll one day be abducted. If you try to escape the town, you die. There is no escape. There is so, so much more to explain — The justice of it all, and how if Joseph Kony can be stopped, it will change human history forever.

February 20. I’m strong, but that doesn’t mean I don’t break. I smile, but that doesn’t mean I’m not sad on the inside. I may seem confident, but I have a really low self-esteem. I don’t text you first, but that doesn’t mean I’m not dying to talk to you. I may seem happy, but I’m not. You don’t know what I go through every single day of my life. I know that people have worse, but it does still suck that I live day-by-day pretending to be happy, when I’m actually not.
February 24. Lately it has been really hard for me to fall asleep at night. I have so much stuff piled up in my head all day, but I have no time to think about it. When I finally lie in bed at night, it all hits me. All I do is think and think. I think about what could happen, what should have happened, what would have happened. I never get much sleep anymore.
February 29. Isn’t it funny, how from year to year you don’t see much of a change in yourself, physical or emotional, then suddenly you look back and you are a different person. It’s like watching the hour hand on a clock, you don’t really see it move, but it’s changing all the time.
March 2. I don’t want to be in a relationship just so I can say I’m in a relationship. I don’t care about getting flowers or chocolates all of the time. I don’t care about any gifts at all, really. I”m not going to have a list of exactly what my significant other should look like/do. I don’t mind having everyone know about my relationship, but I don’t want everyone to know about every single move we make, either. I just a relationship with someone that I can call my best friend, too. I want somebody that I can laugh with all of the time. I want somebody who understands my sarcasm. I want someone who understands that I do also have friends, and I can be with them sometimes as well. I don’t want to be in a clingy relationship where the couple is constantly fighting about something silly. All I want is something that’s real.
These are strong words that I firmly believe.
What do you truly think of when you hear the word “Beautiful”? Do you apply to someone’s appearance? Do you apply it to someone’s personality? Or do you apply it to what’s inside?
Often we tend to forget there are so many beautiful things in the world to appreciate – such as the gift of life. Life is meaningful, life is embraceable, life is amazing, life is challenging and most of all – life is beautiful. We are truly blessed with the gift of life and all of the beautiful things that surround our world and yet we recklessly focus on the materialistic things that keep us from appreciating life’s beauty. We should all stop for 5 minutes in our busy lives to focus on this tremendous gift that we are taking advantage of and that’s – the gift of life. Life is beautiful and don’t let anyone else tell you otherwise.
Love is everlasting, love is circular, love is emotional, love is spiritual and most of all – love is beautiful. To find that person that understands your idiosyncrasies is beautiful. To the people who are fortunate and blessed to have a life partner or a long term relationship, turn to that person next to you and count your blessings cause having that love and support is beautiful. To all the people who are searching for that particular someone, realize that if you give and love with your whole heart, then you are beautiful personified. Love is beautiful and don’t let anyone else tell you otherwise.
People are beautiful. And I don’t mean appearance-wise, although it’s what we immediately think of when we hear the word beautiful, but it should never define what your definition of beautiful should be. If you are selfless, caring, giving and comfortable in your skin, then you are beautiful. We all should look within ourselves and question our judgment when it comes down to how we interact with each other. The energy and attitude you put out in the universe is what’s going to come back. God created every individual differently because we are essentially a beautiful creation in his eyes. In turn, you are beautiful and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
To all my good friends (and to the ones I am acquainted with) who are reading this right now, I say to you – YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL and thank you for allowing me to share what’s in my heart with you.

Hi followers! I just finished recording a short guitar piece and here it is. It’s a classic song (correct me if I’m wrong) which my mother taught me when I was twelve. I don’t know the title of the song though, but as far as I can remember it was featured as a Korean Drama Official Sound Track. The second verse has the same chords but played a little bit faster. My fingers on my left hand hurts a little bit now because I had lots of tries before accomplishing the final one, hehee. I hope you guys like it!

I just want to express my thoughts on anonymous hate. I, myself experienced all these nonsense hate messages and it’s horrible. I really feel down whenever I read one. I don’t understand why people anonymously bully other people online. Maybe because they feel that they’re on top when they see you get hurt? Do they think that, just by insulting someone else, it will make them feel better about themselves?
It’s sick. Tumblr didn’t make the anonymous button for these sick messages. These kind of people don’t know how to value a person’s feelings. Well, I have something to say to you hateful anons.
Did you ever stop to think that your hurtful words could cause someone to hurt themselves? They could develop an eating order, start cutting themselves, burning, scratching, anything. Your words could even cause someone to end up their life. There’s no reason at all for you to be so blantly rude for no absolute reason. You have no idea how your words can change someone’s life. I’m sure you wouldn’t like to get hated on like a lot of people on here do. So please stop making people’s lives miserable.
And to the people being hated on. Be strong and don’t let those words get into you. You’re better than that and don’t let anybody tell you otherwise. I love you.
